I have been a fan of smoked meat and anything to do with the outside all my life. But every time I cooked, I would spend SO MUCH money on the ingredients to season my food before I cooked. Jack’ed is a combination of what I have learned over the years, and I want to share it with you, in the hope that you will enjoy it; and that you won’t have to spend so much money to put flavor on your food that everyone will love.
